Dev (Fullstack + Python + ML) - After a
short break, I joined
Labml.ai again. Worked on two
open-source projects:
Labml App to monitor
machine learning experiments in real time through mobile
interfaces, and
Inspectus, a visualization
tool focused on large language models. Contributed to
nn.labml.ai (a repository of
annotated ML research paper implementations) when I could.
Over time, I moved closer to the ML side of things.

June 2023 - Present
UCSC undergrad - Took a break from work to
start university studies. Currently following the Computer
Science degree program at the University of Colombo School
of Computing.
Dec 2022 - Apr 2023
iOS Dev - After the web app, we built an
iOS app,
PromptArt. Faced interesting challenges like handling a large number
of images in a memory-efficient manner and keeping stable
WebSocket connections while recovering from failures.
Mar - Dec 2022
Fullstack Dev - Joined right after A
levels. First, I worked on the frontend of a web app to
find trending machine learning papers. Shortly after, I
switched to work on something similar to
platform.openai.com: a platform to run LLM inference and visualize outputs.
Labml.ai experimented
with improving open-source LLMs (GPT Neox) with debugging
features and fine-tuning. Next, I worked on a web app for
Stable Diffusion inference.
